During the COVID-19 Pandemic, our students have been thrust into a foreign learning environment based solely online. While these advancements have allowed communities to protect themselves while maintaining the rigors of education, it has not come without sacrifice and challenge. Many students struggle with the lack of in-person instruction and interpersonal connectivity.  Previously equipped to support college students who were attending virtual programs, we have expanded our support of virtual learning to all students, ensuring they have the skills and tools to thrive in their new virtual learning environments. Our experiences over the past decade working with students in both in-person and fully virtual settings yielded successful, effective strategies to meet students' needs. Utilizing proven metrics, we can effectively create models and supportive services for individuals struggling with digital communication in virtual curriculums.
